St. Hilaire Winery currently produces 175 cases of wine per year. As a small winery we rely on word of mouth and wine club members to grow our business. We hope you will refer us to your friends and family.

Welcome to St. Hilaire Vineyard!

Planted in 1998, the vision fo
r St. Hilaire vineyard was to develop low-yielding, high-quality fruit so that only the very best grapes go into making our wines. John Anderson spends many hours each week perfecting his wine-making skills and managing the vineyard. His hands-on approach comes naturally. When crews arrive to prune, harvest or shoot thin, John is right out there with them. His background in biology makes him acutely aware of the importance of  producing quality fruit in order to produce a quality bottle of wine.  

The wines created at St. Hiliare Vineyard are hand crafted in small lots. Each vintage is barrel aged to bring out the complexity and character in each varietal. Finally, special  attention is placed on finding a balance between the natural fruitiness of the wines, acidity and alcohol level.
