2008 Cabernet Sauvignon
St. Hilaire Cabernet has a deep rich color with aromas of blackberry, currants and spice. The fruit was picked at full ripeness to bring out these classic Cabernet flavors.
This wine has fruit forward flavors, deep color and an elegant bouquet. St Hilaire Merlot has the traditional plum and boysenberry flavors with a mild tannic influence to add character.
2009 Cabernet Sauvignon
This Cabernet is a bold fruit forward wine with a stronger emphasis on the dark cherry and blackberry aromas. It has been aged in French and Hungarian oak barrels to add nuances of smoke and nuts. It pairs well with the stronger meat dishes like lamb, steak and prime rib.
2009 Late Harvest Merlot
A dessert wine made from Merlot grapes that were turning into raisins at the time of harvest. Intense flavors of plum and boysenberry with allspice and smokey French oak make this a tasty treat. Great for sipping and with chocolate.
2009 Petit Verdot
Our 2009 Petit Verdot has the same varietal flavors as our '08. Luscious bing cherry flavors with deep leather and earthy background aromas. It pairs well with rich red meats like steak, prime rib or lamb.
Head-trained and dry farmed Zinfandel produced this bright, fruity Zinfandel. The flavors are dominated by cranberry and raspberry fruit with a little spice in the background. It pairs well with most foods.
2015 Gold Medal Winner - Once again our estate grown zinfandel does not disappoint. The flavors are dominated by raspberry and dark cherry with just enough spiciness for balance. A soft peppery finish makes this a wonderfully enjoyable wine that will pair well with most foods.
Made from estate grown, head trained Zinfandel grapes. Olallieberry, red cherry and raspberry flavors dominant the nose followed by spice and mild black pepper. Great with most foods. Another spectacular Zin!
